Bounce Buddies: Little Ones Playtime

Bounce Buddies is a relaxed, social, and kid-friendly meet-up designed with parents and toddlers in mind.

DATE: Every Thursday
TIME: 12:00pm-3:00pm (come for 1 hour or all 3 hours! We know naps rule your day at this age so come anytime between this time period that works for your little one).
WHO: Children under 44″ tall – infants, toddlers, pre-school (accompanied by a parent/guardian)
LOCATION: Funopolis Family Fun Center – check in at Redemption and meet up takes place in Inflatable Room
PRICE: $5 per child (socks required to go into inflatables)

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS: Bounce Buddies: Little Ones Playtime is a warm and welcoming weekly meet-up designed for families with younger children to connect. The group is for kids under 44” (Infants + toddlers + pre-schools). The group gets exclusive access to our inflatable room while parents connect, relax, and build community. It’s the perfect Thursday outing for little ones to burn energy and for caregivers to find their village.

  • Only $5 per participating child (at this time you can pay on arrival)
  • Exclusive inflatable access every Thursday from 12–3pm for kids under 44 inches tall
  • Children going into inflatables require socks
  • A guardian of the child must be present in the room to supervise at all times.
  • Older siblings are welcome in the room (though unable to bounce to keep it safe for the littles) and can enjoy the arcade and other attractions (pay as they play).

RSVP by clicking ‘GOING’ on our Facebook Bounce Buddies event. This is appreciated to help us ensure our layout accommodates the group but not required.

TICKET PRICING:

  • $5 per child
  • Parents FREE.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Inflatable play and exclusive use of Inflatable room from 12:00pm – 3:00pm
  • Parents are welcome to bring a playmat to place on the ground in the room if desired.

AGE RANGE:

  • This group caters best for children 6 months to 4 years of age
  • Child must be under 44″ to be a part of the group
  • Children above 44″ (if homeschooled or on holiday break) are welcomed in the room with siblings but are not allowed to go into the inflatables

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Due to insurance requirements, children must wear socks while in inflatables
  • Restroom is available in the inflatable room.
  • Parent supervision required (this is not a childcare group). Plus this is your chance to socialize 🙂
  • Inflatables will be closed to general public during this time – only those that are part of the ‘Bounce Buddies Parents Group’ will be able to participate.
  • Other attractions at Funopolis will be available for use after or during this group (pay as you play).

Join us this Martin Luther King Jr. Day for a special give-back event that supports local families in need. Every individual who brings one canned food item on Monday, January 19 will receive a FREE $15 Game Card as a thank-you for donating. 💜YESSS we wrote that correct, each of your family members can receive a $15 game card if they each bring a donation 🙂 (Note that we have a limit of one $15 play card per person present on the day regardless of how many cans you bring.)

EXAMPLES FOR CLARITY:

  • Example 1: A family of four brings 4 cans → Each person receives a $15 game card.

    If they bring 10 cans → We’re thankful! But the limit is still one card per person, so the family receives 4 cards.

  • Example 2: A family of two brings 1 can → They receive one $15 game card total, since only one canned item was provided.

SCHEDULE:

Laser Tag Tournament Fundraiser at Funopolis – January 25th, 2026

BENEFITING BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF JACKSON COUNTY

Date: Sunday, January 25, 2026
Time: 2:00PM-5:00PM
Location: Funopolis Family Fun Center (Laser Tag Arena and Lobby)
Price: $20 per player (a $28+ value)
Ages: Kids & Teens ages 6-18 (kids are grouped & play games against kids of similar age)
Prizes: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Prizes awarded for each age group (1st prize has a $100 value!)

👉 50% of all tournament ticket sales are donated directly to the Boys & Girls Club of Jackson County.

No need to create a team before you sign up (but do tell your friends to come!)! Individuals sign up and we group kids in teams based on their age groups (2 teams per age group) and they play kids of similar age. The top three highest scores from each age group takes home the prize! This high-energy event brings kids and teens together for friendly competition, exciting gameplay, and an even bigger cause — supporting local youth programs right here in our community.

TICKET INFORMATION:

  • $20 per player
  • Only 70 tickets available
  • Ticket sales close 24 hours before the event and will NOT available at event for purchase due to pre-planning involved in setting up the teams/tournament
  • Parents can accompany child into laser tag arena free of charge (but not playing or assisting) if the child is 6-7 and evidently uncomfortable without a guardian

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Two rounds of laser tag
  • Support for a local nonprofit making a real impact in our community

HOW THE TOURNAMENT WORKS:

  • Players are grouped into teams based on age (2 teams per age group)
  • Each player participates in two laser tag games against kids of similar age
  • Players compete for the highest individual laser tag score
  • The highest personal score from either game determines winners (an individual can only win one of the three prizes even if they have two individual scores that are higher than competitors)
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Winners awarded for each age group
  • No choosing teams or buddying up — play stays fair and fun
  • Individual scores determine winners, not team placement
  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be announced on the day for each age group
  • Event Schedule will be determined the day before the event and will vary depending on participation numbers. Ticket sales will be limited to ensure end time of 5PM.

TOURNAMENT PRIZES PER AGE GROUP:

  • 🥇 1st Place: Golden Ticket
  • 🥈 2nd Place: $25 Game Card
  • 🥉 3rd Place: Large Dippin’ Dots

Prizes are awarded to the top three individual scores in each age group. The number of age groups may vary depending on participation.
